A suspected case of Coronavirus on Tuesday caused panic at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano state.

It was learnt that the patient flew to Kano with Air Peace airline but upon landing started vomiting.

This created fear at the airport as the pilot refused to let passengers out of the plane following the increasing cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.

However, reacting, Salihu Tanko Yakasai, the media aide to Kano state Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, said the suspect was not a case of Coronavirus but malaria.
