EVERTON

Everton began the Premier League season on a high note but things may have failed off in recent weeks for the Merseyside club.
The Toffees have just won one of their last seven matches in the topflight (drew 2 and lost 4) and head into the high profile contest with Chelsea on a back of a dismal 1-1 draw against Burnley last week.
Carlo Ancelotti’s men are ninth in the league standing and need a quick response in this contest.
Everton
The Italian boss has a few key players out on the treatment room with both Seamus Coleman and Lucas Digne not likely to feature on Saturday while midfield pair Fabian Delph and James Rodriguez are certain absentees for this fixture.
The Ex-Chelsea boss would set his team in a 4-3-3 format which they used following Fabian Delph’s injury against Burnley last week, although the team have used the 3-4-3 in the past.
The changes to 4-3-3 could see Ben Godfrey coming in at left-back having performed creditably in the makes lift role against Burnley when Delph was injured.
Defence pair Michael Keane and Yerry Mina ought to be the two centre back features while Mason Holgate takes his place at the right-back because Carlo Ancelotti has rarely made do with the services of Jonjo Kenny this season.
Allan and Abdoulaye Doucoure would be saddled with the task of tracking Chelsea’s movement in the middle of the park while the latter is expected to add steel to the final third thus supporting the forward lines in attacking area.
Andre Gomes should come in as the third midfield personnel and he is expected, to act as a creative source for his side.
Alex Iwobi can return to his natural position in the wings having been deployed as a wing-back in the recent games and this has been necessitated following the injury to star player James Rodriguez.
The Ex-Arsenal player should feature on either of the wings possibly, the right side while Brazil’s Richarlison takes up space on the left.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin would lead the charge for goal as they welcome Chelsea in this mouthwatering encounter.
Here is a likely Everton’s line up in a 4-3-3 formation: Jordan Pickford; Mason Holgate, Michael Keane, Yerry Mina, Ben Godfrey; Andres homes, Allan, Abdoulaye Doucoure; Alex Iwobi, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison.
