Ex-ACF Secretary-General, Col. Musa Shehu is dead

Colonel Musa Shehu (Rtd), a one time Secretary-General of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), is dead.

A statement from ACF, confirmed the demise of the Ex-Secretary General of the forum.

The statement stated, “With glory to Almighty Allah (SWT), the apex socio-political umbrella of the Northern states, Arewa Consultative Forum, sadly, announce the death of its erstwhile Secretary General, Colonel Musa Shehu (Rtd), who passed away at the early hours of Sunday, June 19, 2022, after a brief illness.”

It explained that the late Colonel Musa Shehu has been buried, As stated by Islamic tenets, saying that the deceased was a one-time military administrator of Plateau and Rivers states.

The forum remembered his tenure with his tremendous contributions to the developments and upkeep, during his glorious tenure as secretary-general of the ACF.

The statement explained that Colonel Shehu was perspicacious all his life, he sacrificed his life to national and societal services, loved, cherished and adored by all that came his way, adding that during his lifetime, before retiring to his creator, Col. Shehu was, the Acting Chairman, Political Committee of the Arewa Consultative Forum.

It said that a condolence register, on behalf of ACF and his family, has been opened at the ACF Headquarters, No. 11A, Sokoto Road, Kaduna, while his family house, at Apo Quarters, Abuja, receives personal sympathisers.
